Skalitz 1
I've always had a thing for niche electronics, so I made one!
The Skalitz 1 features a 9-inch embedded touch display, surprisingly strong speakers, and an embedded PC all in one. One thing that drew me to this design in particular is that it almost mimics the old style all-in-one computers of the 80's, while having an almost retro-futuristing style with the sleek angles of the case.
I'm able to fit a variety of hardware in the 7"x10"x4" and 10"x10"x4" case, and have plans to find a larger option for even stronger hardware and dedicated graphics cards.
Eventually, it would be fun (but a bit daunting) to make a Linux-based desktop environment that features an equally minimalist, retro design for simplified file explorer, note, and web browser applications. But, for now focusing on the hardware aspect seems like a good start. :)
